Numbuzin No.5 Vitamin Boosting Essential Toner is a lightweight, watery toner built around a blend of 50 fermented ingredients and niacinamide. It preps freshly cleansed skin so the rest of your routine sits comfortably, and it gives the complexion a fresh, well-hydrated, more even-looking finish.

How do you use it?
