The Dynasty Cream was the very first product Beauty of Joseon ever released, and it's still one of the brand's most-loved. It's a rich, deeply moisturising face cream built around traditional Korean *Hanbang botanicals, formulated to give dry and dehydrated skin a comfortable, well-fed finish.

The texture is dense and cushiony rather than heavy. It melts into the skin, absorbs without a greasy film, and leaves a soft, radiant look. A little goes a long way, so it lasts.

What's inside

The formula leans on four signature ingredients, used at the percentages Beauty of Joseon lists on this product:

• Rice bran water (29%) — a fast-absorbing, antioxidant-rich base that helps skin feel hydrated and looks more luminous.
• Ginseng root water (5%) — a classic Hanbang botanical that supports a comfortable, conditioned feel and a healthy-looking glow.
• Squalane (2%) — a lightweight emollient that helps soften the skin and limit moisture loss, leaving a silky finish.
• Niacinamide (2%) — vitamin B3, which helps even out the look of skin tone and refine the appearance of pores over time.

It's rounded out with honey extract, ceramides, hyaluronic acid and safflower (saffron) seed oil to support the skin's moisture barrier and keep it feeling supple. The supporting cast also includes shea butter, argan oil and extracts of centella asiatica, sea buckthorn and calendula.

How do you use it?
